Getting Here By Bike

On the right track
- Get here via Sustrans Route 46 (Hereford to Newport) – large parts of the route are signposted and open on either quiet roads or traffic-free roads.

- We’re also very near the traffic-free cycle path alongside the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal
Bikes by train
An alternative option is to bring your bike here by train (you may need to reserve in advance, though, so it’s best to check). Arriva Trains Wales operates the line through Abergavenny between Newport and Manchester Piccadilly.
Bike baggage transfer
Regular local buses don’t carry bikes, but several specialist activity companies and transport providers can help transport your bike from station to accommodation.
